News of the week:
this weekend my mom was in Maine, so i had a pretty uneventful week. i had 2 tests. one in Chinese culture, and one in Korean culture. I think i did ok, but you never know... i did get an 86 on my Korean one, and i will probably find out the Chinese tomorrow. mostly when i wasn't working or at school, i played football (just fyi, i ALWAYS say football instead of soccer, if i mean the american football i will say american football, otherwise just assume i am talking about soccer.) with tony on the gamecube. on thursday i went to On the Border with Alex. it is always a fun night. we went to AC Morre, where i got the 10th or 12 stocking stuffers... Yay! but other than that...
Song of the Week:
in this section i will put all my songs on random and the first one that comes up will be the song of the week... just to be fair... unless otherwise noted...
well since tony and i are going to see Celtic Thunder at MGM Grand at Foxwoods on saturday the song of the week is, picked at random, since they are all good!... "Lauren & I" sung (and written) by Keith Harkin! this is not my favorite, but i wanted to be fair! lol this song comes from Celtic Thunder's self titled album... to get the full experiance, i would recomend getting both "Celtic Thunder" and "Act Two", or you could get all but 3 of the songs by watching "Celtic Thunder: The Show" it is sold on amazon.com, or you could look it up on youtube, although i dont think all the songs are on there, but you WILL get to see "Chirstmas 1915" which is NOT on the DVD. Here are some links to Celtic Thunder stuff, i will not always be able to put links on the song section, but i will try.

Quote of the Week:
Here i will put a fun or prosaic quote, please comment, and tell us your thoughts on the comment! if it is one i heard in real life, i will put a little backround, since some of the things i hear at school are INSANE!!!
todays quote comes from my classical mythology class. keep in mind we are talking classical mythology here... so the teacher was saying how the end of the Greek and Roman gods was Christianity and this girl whispers to her friend...
"Why do we always end up talking about religion in this class?"
I think this needs no further explination...lol
